The lack of understanding of each other and inability to discuss without labeling IS the problem. More empathy

Real Talk. Like the hard conversations I’ve had sitting around the fire here at home with our loved ones. True honest discussions between imperfect and ever growing humans. We all mess up and talk over each other sometimes. That’s a part of life and isn’t a gender based attack.
