@VailResorts phone system automatically hung up for the first part of the season and now the story is I’m too late. They underpay employees, let COVID spread across resorts and those credits from last year a scam.

I guess in today’s world the only way to get attention is on social media. @VailResorts your customer service is horrible. I can’t count how many times I’ve tried to clear up my charges. Today I’ve been hung up on 3 times. Was told a supervisor could get back to me on a week? 😣
