Colonial day at @MagnoliaCVUSD today! Students traveled back in time to the colonies where they practiced writing with a quill and ink, made their own butter (yum!), played colonial games like pick up sticks and jacks, and created tin punch art.

Happy Thanksgiving break! We celebrated by creating Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade balloons.

Today students created their own solar ovens to make s’mores! The goal was to accurately read and follow the directions in the text. Every group ended up problem solving, and being successful! The result: warm yummy s’mores!
