This album was written at a time when my first real relationship had ended, and I was really trying to capture moments of that first big heartbreak… anyone who’s been through it knows how huge and insane that can feel!! It was hard to write music at that time but it was also healing and I hope you can feel that in these songs too xx

@currys on about the 6th call I eventually got through to someone in the 'Care Plan' Team who has assured me my vouchers would be sent within 24 hrs, IMO however more than likely 72 hrs and I'll probably need to call back again to chase it up no doubt.. Pt 4

@currys The 'Tech Team was actually John at Carphone Warehouse who told me I'd need to call back as he couldn'tput me back through to the correct team... this happened FOUR TIMES while in the background all I could hear was people pissing about screaming and shouting...go to Pt 4

@currys Having called after 48 hrs, I was transferred to 3 incorrect departments only to be told 24 hrs is actually 72 hours.. fast forward another week i called again as STILL no vouchers received and AGAIN transferred to 4 incorrect departments and then to 'the Tech Team' Pt3..

@currys Your customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced in my life. I took a @Ninja airfryer back 3 weeks ago only you be told its irreparable... as I have a care plan I was told I'd receive vouchers to purchase a new one within 24 hrs I'm still waiting Go to Part 2
