It’s been a crazy few weeks but here’s a few of the highlights! My girl is officially a middle schooler at @Sellers_Sharks 🦈💙

[Natalie Johnson @Ms_NJohnson]

Love to see it! 💙🦈

Volunteering helps to build relationships & community! ❤️

[Family and Community @gisdengagement]

We have 6,489 GISD Volunteer Applications and counting
And school hasn't even started!

Volunteers get to know staff, other parents, and meet their child's friends.
These are just a few of the benefits to volunteering.

I’m going to miss these ladies too much! I’ve loved working with them all. ❤️ So thankful that I’ve had them in my life to laugh with, encourage me, support me, push me & just overall take care of me! I love my GISD maintenance ladies more than they know!

[Natalie Johnson @Ms_NJohnson]

Maintenance is the best! 🥳🥳 we’ve been working hard this summer in paint, HVAC, grounds, plumbing, electrical & general maintenance to get ready for our kids to come back! Only a few more weeks. 😊

[U.S. Department of Education @usedgov]

Thank you to our school maintenance workers! You ensure our school facilities are at their best, especially over the summer before we head back to school. We appreciate you & your hard work!

I accepted an elementary art teaching position in my district 🥳🎨 since the next 2 days are Amazon Prime Days, I thought I’d post my wishlist to help supply my classroom especially since I’m a first year teacher. Thanks y’all! ❤️
