I was arrested this morning together with fellow patriotic Kenyans during our procession to present a petition to the Kenya Wildlife Services against the excision of part of the Nairobi National Park to construct a 1300-car parking lot.
Our national heritage and environment must be safeguarded from greed and unnecessary destruction without public participation.
Wait a minute
The judge in the Rigahthi Gachagua Impeachment case just stated that the 10th respondent / UDA filed written submissions on 24 August 2026
Today is 8 June 2026
Did the court just cite a document from the future? How's that even possible? Clarification is needed
A country where Maraga is arrested whereas Didmus Barasa is free is a failed nation. A nation where crooks like Duale are walking scot free whilst destroying our health system. But law abiding citizens like Maraga are arrested. What have we turned into!
Panic is rising at Times Tower.
I am reliably informed that KRA is relaxing 2025 tax filing rules.
Right now, the rule is brutal.
If you paid for a purchase in 2025 and the seller did NOT give you an eTIMS invoice:
• You cannot automatically deduct that expense.
Instead:
• You must prepare an Excel list
• List all such purchases
• Attach whatever receipts you were given
• Submit the list to KRA
Only after KRA approves it,
That is when you can deduct the expense.
But here is where KRA cornered everyone.
- KRA inserted one dangerous column in that list.
It is called the 'Seller's PIN' for every single expense line.
Now, where will you get PINs for:
• Matatus
• Farmers
• Jua Kali merchants et al
Even formal sellers have refused. Completely.
They have sworn they would rather be hung than release their PINs.
They,
• Fear customers will expose them to KRA
• Fear customers will exaggerate purchases (100 becomes 2000)
• Fear KRA will accuse them of under declaring income
As a result,
• Taxpayers cannot complete their filings
• 2025 tax returns are stuck
• KRA is missing its tax collection targets
Panic has entered Times Tower.
Now, wind has it that by end of this month:
• KRA will remove that one dangerous column.
You will still:
• Prepare the list of purchases
• Submit it to KRA
But WITHOUT the seller’s PIN.
Is this a welcome move?
Can it be simplified further?
Spare us @HassanOmarH we are debating incompetent and insensitive leadership not ethnicity. We demand answers to the fuel hike crisis not diversionary tactics
The Matutu Owners Association are not the only victims of exorbitant fuel prices. All Kenyans are: workers, transporters and contractors etc. A settlement must be all encompassing. The National Assembly should be petitioned by a member or organization(s) to deliberate and settle the issue.
Someone from the State House calls you to withdraw the case in the High Court. You refuse, and some weeks later you are no more. They blame cardiac arrest.
Justice for Dr. Obwaka
