@AirCanada Still waiting to hear about the next steps about how we will return home to Canada. We are going on 72 hours without any updates or information. This is becoming expensive and honestly, unacceptable. Sincerely a very disappointed, tired and grumpy customer.
@AirCanada@AirCanada very disappointed with the lack of communication. I am stranded in Europe with no communication about my cancelled flight. Navigating AC customer reservations is impossible with no access to calling Toll Free outside of Canada/USA.
