@airtransat incredibly disappointed with customer service. Cancel my family’s march break morning flight and put us on evening flight. Make me choose: losing a day of vacation or paying $1000 to fly night before. Fixing your problem = you doing me a “favour”. Ridiculous!

@goboardmaker you need to figure out your software. It's become inefficient with 3 apps (editor, student, and online) and the editor is so slow. It's essential software, but it is beyond frustrating to use. BM7 has been an absolute failure. Hope you'll figure it out soon.
