In honor of Veteran’s Day this past weekend, 3rd and 4th grade students in Homework Club decorated cards and pictures to send to our local veterans! ❤️🤍💙They were dropped off at the VFW Hall here in Farmingdale (Post 516) to make our heroes smile! 🇺🇸 @NSE_Dalers@DalerPatch
Tonight our lanterns are lit green to match Farmingdale High School’s colors and to honor the Farmingdale community during this difficult time. Our hearts go out to the families of the students and faculty affected by this tragedy. 💚 #DalerStrong
We learned that the moon is not, in fact, made of cheese 🧀 but instead is a big giant rock 🪨 that orbits around the Earth! We used tin foil as a stamp to show the moon’s rocky texture, and beads to show the craters! 🌕 #ESY2023
We learned about the BEST planet in the solar system today- EARTH! 🌎 Then we made an Earth craft that really focused on our OT skills by ripping and crumpling paper to show Earth’s water and textured land ✨#ESY2023
Today, we talked about the importance of being RESPONSIBLE, and how we all have our own jobs to do! We all do what we know is best for ourselves 💚 #ESY2023
We had a SUPER special visitor come to our classroom for career week…SUSHI!! 🍣🐾 Sushi is a detection dog who is able to seek out things that could harm us. She works so hard to keep us safe, thanks to her awesome handler Mr. Hickey! We loved meeting you, Sushi! 🩵 #ESY2023
