I don’t see the need in blaming one singular person for this. Production/Bravo saw that the RHONJ cast divide wasn’t getting any better. They heard Teresa say she was done with the Gorgas, and vice versa. Yet, they chose to nothing about it. Production had a chance to fix things, but they didn’t want to make tough decisions and fire people.
