@AskPS_UK my account has been hacked. They have changed my password & email address that is linked to my PSN. What do I need to do as it won’t let me changed my password

@AskPS_UK I have followed these instructions but as the hacker has changed the email address associated with the account I’m not receiving the reset link. Phone lines are also closed since 19:00
