On November 3–4, 2024, pro-India Hindu nationalist mobs gathered at the Hindu Sabha Mandir, bringing violence and hate to Brampton.

These attacks followed hate speeches inciting violence against Sikhs and fit a pattern of foreign interference from India that the RCMP has repeatedly warned about.

Over two nights, mobs armed with wooden sticks and other weapons attempted to attack Sikh gurdwaras, Sikh-owned vehicles, and Sikh pedestrians.

Among those involved in organizing the chaos were members of the Shiv Sena, an RSS-affiliated group linked to extremist ideology and intimidation.

Enough is enough. Canada must designate the RSS and Shiv Sena as terrorist organizations - just as it has recently listed the India-based Bishnoi Gang.
