After countless calls with your customer service team, who continue to drop the calls, and sending screen shots of tickets that were never delivered… how is this the way you treat customers? Why do you make this so difficult? How does an “escalation” day of the event (which was a week ago) still not get resolved. You have completely dropped the ball @TeamStubHub. I am merely seeking a refund for a product you never delivered that I have evidence of, why are you making this so difficult?
