@TracyWarren2 @Debenhams He then asked me to download an international payment transfer app and when I refused he said as I didn't trust that method, he would send me a Google form. Absolute scam and it's worse because you cannot speak to a human being at Debenhams.

Have received appalling customer service from both @BTSopenreach and @skytv after recently switching from @virginmedia Biggest mistake ever!! Lesson learnt that the grass isn't always greener 🤦🏻‍♀️ Will be teaching out to @virginmedia tomorrow!
