Packing up the last truckload of items for the Stoney Creek bank. @CollegiateHWDSB brought in almost 1500 items to help out our community. Way to go Grizzlies!
@zbpipe You could look at the theories that propose water was used to help construct the pyramids for a link to water systems in grade 8. There is also a theory that the Egyptians used the great pyramids and water to create sound vibrations for healing - not actually as a burial site.
@zbpipe Oh this may not be applicable - but the myths surrounding the building of the pyramids might be interesting to link in grade 7 structures unit. I would totally explore the evolution of the pyramid design and why some of the previous ones failed.
