Today we had the opportunity to share our Action Research which we have been working on throughout the semester. We focused on implementing multi-sensory strategies into the classroom to target an area of need for our students! What a great opportunity! @JanemMarlin
Action Research = COMPLETE! Thankful for this opportunity to study multisensory learning for reading instruction & to tangibly see how what we learn in our Samford courses applies to the classroom. Junior year is coming to an end!! @JanemMarlin
Loved learning from @AlabamaArchives and how to incorporate their resources into the classroom! We even got to do a fun activity with one of their traveling cases! @DrLizi
For Spring Break, I had the opportunity to go to Costa Rica with WinShape Camps & ThriveWorx to empower the leaders in the community & teach the Gospel through teaching of Scripture, skills, and daily truths. I’ve taught in many places- I think Costa Rica might be my favorite!
@SamfordEd never stops giving me opportunities to expand my knowledge. Today we began our new placement, and I am already encouraged. Even though it is a new situation, it was a great reminder that I’m on the correct path. Eager for this next step on my journey to continue!
I am loving my experience so far in 2nd Grade at Avondale Elementary! It is a joy to be a part of this special place with such special people. Thankful for my CT for giving me a warm welcome & a whole part of the classroom for me to lead small groups throughout the day!!
