@hillsisback I think higher numbers of people accessing MAID would mean less suffering for people at end of life, provided the law is followed. Doctors who do not follow procedure and adherence to the law is a totally different issue. Safeguards are supposed to be in place.

@hillsisback I don’t think exhausting all healthcare options should be a requirement. If my cancer returns, I may not want to avail of chemo etc but leave on my own terms.
