divided "by" 1/2 would be 70/35 = 2 + 10 is 12... divided "in" half would be 70/2=35+10= 45

@NFLonFOX I'm not sure who was in charge of the color guard, but it was shameful to see the American Flag dipped during the National Anthem. The American Flag is to remain upright... Always!! I am a veteran and I've been on color guard... shame!
