Awaiting oral arguments at the Mississippi Supreme Court. Madison Mayor Mary Hawkins Butler filed a challenge to Initiative 65 (medical marijuana) last year saying it was not properly before voters.

Road conditions are looking better aided by sunshine and rising temperatures. Many roads are clear, but there could still be icy patches in shaded areas.

Use extreme caution and give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination and watch out for crews clearing the roads.
