@AppleSupport my IPhone 8plus can no longer access WiFi due to recent 13.7 update. I am not the only one w this issue. Apple said I have to bring the phone in. Tried restoring to factory settings-didn’t work -seems to be an issue with many of the phones. Please look into this!

@AppleSupport @mrmoodydm @AppleSupport apparently there’s a glitch in the update that won’t allow IPhone 8plus to access WiFi. Please investigate ASAP as we shouldn’t have to purchase phones due to your error.

@mrmoodydm @AppleSupport Same! Apple Support says I have to bring the phone in. I tried restoring to factory settings but it didn’t work. A friend said it happened to her and apparently Apple can’t fix so she had to get a new phone. 😡. Any updates for you? What did they tell you?
