🔭Ms Delagic’s 5th & 6th yr physics students went on a trip to @DIASDunsink They went inside The South Dome and learned how the refractor telescope is used to track stars and measure distances. Up until 1916, the official time for Dublin was measured at Dunsink. 🔭

5th Year Mentors ran a study skills fair for 2nd Year students this week. The 5th Years explained different study techniques that they find most beneficial for studying. They also showed examples of good notes copies. Thanks to Ms Delagic for the organising the event

A few of the LC Physics students went to Maynooth University to take part in the Practical Revision day. Students completed the mandatory LC experiments in the Experimental Physics labs and were helped by some PhD students.
