We can increase understanding by building background knowledge through the use of multimedia, a wide range of reading on a topic, playing with words, and connecting ideas with analogies.

Courtney Miller delivered an overview of using data for eligibility. Teachers had the opportunity to review exemplar documents and gain a foundation of the eligibility process.
