A5: I've decided to shun my phone for the first 30 mins of my day.
It sounds dumb, but it has been so helpful in allowing me to set up healthy morning routines without being bombarded by emails/messages/etc first thing in the morning.

@BrakeMatthew @saratruebridge Same! I feel like my time is often being wasted by unnecessarily tedious homework assignments when I could be doing so many other productive things. But That's how we get the degree I guess🤷‍♀️ @resiliencechat

A2: Today, a friend advised me about "guarding" my time. He said it's crucial for teachers to set aside a full day, or at least a protected 8 hours each week where you don't work. A seemingly subtle but necessary tool for stewarding time well. #resiliencechat
