The animal shelter, located at 701 Lower Lake Road, will reopen to the public tomorrow, Tuesday, March 26, at 1pm. Shelter staff, Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph, Inc. and other volunteers have been able to safely return the animals to the shelter.
