@melhomer Yes there is! Holy Moly. It’s what my 14 year old uses. Kiwi made, gender neutral in every way, smells fresh, deals with blemishes. https://t.co/eIQFoWZt0c
@SafiaAlexis There is also Ninja Cutz - my friend Bobby mowing lawns in Auckland for nothing more than a donation to his Mental Health Foundation page https://t.co/7WaZzqQvRN
@threadnz One more! The gannet colony is surprisingly fun, located at Cape Kidnappers. Kids love it and the tour guides are incredible. Gannet Safaris Overland do comfy air conditioned coach tours or take the beach tractor ride and big climb up at Gannet Beach Adventures
@threadnz Walk/bike Napier to explore the ocean themed outdoor art - grab a map at the i-site. BaySkate and an ice cream at Lick This afterwards. Pizza slices at Vinci’s. Dinner in Havelock at Black Barn or Mary’s. Shopping and coffee in Hastings then a gin tasting at Hastings Distillers.
@threadnz I’m a local so here goes: go to Teresa for a cocktail then dinner at Central Fire Station Bistro. Take the kids to The Faraday Centre and for a swim and waterfall chasing at Maraetotara. Definitely walk or drive Te Mata Peak. Have a peanut butter bowl at Pixie in Havelock North
@emilysimpson500 Wow, I feel for you. My GP, who also chooses "nature" over science even when I'm in crippling pain ("you just need to eat more fibre..."), is of today on enforced sabbatical. Can't say I'll miss him.
@NzChrissie based on personality and “fit”. Hours are scaleable/flexible depending on need. Might be worth a chat if there are wait lists for a village
@NzChrissie You could look at private home based care for starters? I work with Miranda Smith Homecare - carers are matched carefully with each client
