I get prelim squads but the thing of revealing the final squad publicly is tough on the guys that don't go.

Dear Kaizer Chiefs fans/football lovers, please realise that pre-season is to lay the conditional ground work for a whole season (or at least the first six months). So in the first 2-4 weeks of pre-season, footballers are being conditioned through hard running and gym work... Legs can be super tired from potentially 2-3 sessions a day for a few days in a row.

There is no reason to judge any players based on one game, let alone 45 minutes. 🙏
