It makes sense in that it's dead space between lanes and as long as people all follow the law and pay attention it's fine. He was going fast, but the car illegally changed lanes.

@Smile_1Please @kirawontmiss Every one of you idiots saying it's the bikes fault does not realize that's a double yellow line for a carpool lane. It's illegal to change lanes on a double line. In Cali that's 100% legal to ride there. Car can't drive, blame the bike. Turn your license back in or shut up.
