@UberIN_Support what is the reason for charging customers a two way fare for sea link toll when the driver only paid one way and that too via Fastag! And the driver was already at the airport and didn't make a special trip from one end of town to another!

@AkasaAir can u really tell us what is happening? 5.05 pm flight is still waiting take-off. Rescheduled to 7.05 pm, then 8.20 pm and later to 8.40 pm. And now, after boarding, we are stuck in flight 4 over 25 mins while I type this w/ no clarity on when we will finally take off.
@AkasaAir received a message half an hour before the flight (QP 6524) take-off that it has now been delayed by over 2 hours! How is that fair to passengers who are at the airport over 2 hours prior for a 5 pm departure ... And when asked for reason, ground staff has no visibility

@myntra I dont need any more call backs.There is no satisfactory resolution & ur managers r clueless abt someone else having called with exact same spiel. Its #fraudulent to charge consumer without calling out #shippingcharges right at the start or on invoice. @IndiaConsumers

@myntra Yr customer agent called post to tell me ull hv charged shipping without calling it out during booking & "regret it but will not be able to correct tht! Plz explain how can u add charges after?! &, he ended the call after delivering his "regret" when I told him I don't accept!
@myntra Honestly, none of these "case managers" r capable & only thing I've heard in every call bk is ull r looking into it & will get back! Please ensure overcharged amount is reimbursed within next 48 hrs max; anything else is a waste of my time; done going round & round since days
