It’s been well over a month and @AmericanAir or @Iberia have yet to address my luggage not arriving until end of my trip, items stolen, and treatment I received on board. This is really unacceptable

@Iberia has the worst customer service from phone to flight attendants. To make matters worse they lost my luggage

Calling @united customer service only for them to tell you get the help you need at the airport counter is crazy.

@unitedairlines why is it so hard to use credit card perks. I’m a credit card holder but I’m being told I have to take my card to airport for luggage, they can’t add it 🤦🏾‍♀️

@united It's been almost 1 month since the case was opened. I've called multiple times for an update or assistance with refund for upcoming trip on 21st. No one seems to be able to help. I'm spending so much money on flights for this
