@Aviwe_Badi This means those who have will continue to have, and acquire even more. Those who don't have will continue to languish in poverty.
Money will definitely determine access, and whether you'll make it or not, regardless of your abilities and skills
@TimModise Its because it is our government policy, austerity measures are responsible. In other countries they cut budget in order for citizens to go to the private sector, as a result private sector grows. But in SA, people don't have money to move, so that results in job losses
@twatterbaas White people dominate senior positions in SA, so its almost impossible for anyone to be denied anything because they are white.
People who matter in SA know that you all are lying, and chances of you changing SAs policy positions are slim at best
@ConCaracal We have racially discriminatary country. Where you are born, determines the kind of opportunities available to you. Where you are born determines whether you'll make it in life or not.
Those who mainly face those challenges are mainly Black people.
@RenaldoGouws @SAPresidentZA 31 years of going in and out of court, with challenge after challenge of any form of redress.
If it was smooth sailing and there was no resistance. It would have been over by no, but we have people who are constantly dragging it out to be longer than anticipated
@WanjiruNjoya And government can't do anything on that land because it is unaccounted for no one knows who owns it, so this act will give government power to take and develop that land to the benefit of the people of SA
@RonaldLamola Stop trying to explain your selve, the US is aware of all that.
The aim here is to frighten the White population in the US about the 'dangers" of becoming a minority and encourage them to be anti migrants
@sandileswana True, we all just ge excited about a bill that will never be implement, when citizens push for it to be implemented they find something wrong with it, then we have to wait for amendments.
Thats how they make us happy by not doing anything
@woestyn_wolf America was not giving aid, it was buying influence over policies, preference in government contracts etc
They stop, they also lose all the above. Any hopes of countering Chinese influence goes up in smoke
@M_Jay94 Depends on the country's policy position. There's nothing stopping SOEs from absorbing labour. Infact the SOEs you talking about were built to absorb Afrikaaner labour that was unskilled and uncompetitive
@M_Jay94 Thats the narrative, all countries that are thriving today, used SOEs to get to where they are. Others privatized them over time, and there was a dicline in the quality of life for citizens
@M_Jay94 Exactly what i mean, government is service oriented, whilst investors are profit oriented. For private sector to thrive, government has to defund and reduce expenditure
