Morale is cheap in the NHS, MSI analysed a list of over 1000 response of healthcare workers into the 'low hanging fruit' interventions to improve morale:

Simple interventions included:
-Free parking
-Lockers
-Free coffee
-Uniform washing
-Hot food 24/7
-Staff rooms /8
