Q2: I have started doing group writings where the students are given a scenario and they need to work cooperatively to put steps together to solve the problem at hand. They are getting used to not always being 'right' and being ok with that and having other contributions#msum644

Q3: Change makers start at the top, and get buy in from the top down. It doen't hurt to have influential lead teachers be a voice from the inside! If its best for the students it shouldnt be hard to please the crowd! #msum644

Q4: Many jobs and trades we need to work cooperatively with our co-workers or other departments. In order to do that we also need to be able to take constructive criticism and be open to a plan being built with or without your idea being the best....and thats ok #msum644
