It took just 2 weeks for @realDonaldTrump @POTUS to bring down crime in Memphis , two weeks for residents to finally feel safe again. Meanwhile, Democratic leaders like Chicago @ChicagosMayor and @GovPritzker keep pretending crime is down when we all know it’s not.
Let’s be real , when crime is truly down, we can feel it. We don’t need politicians or fake stats to tell us. The people living in these communities can tell the difference. In Memphis, residents are saying their kids can finally play outside again , that’s what real safety looks like.
But in Illinois, these same Democrats try to sell us lies while they hide behind security details and gated mansions. Brandon Johnson has over 150 police officers protecting him, and Pritzker lives in his guarded estate , yet they expect us to believe they care about public safety?
They think we’re too blind to see the truth.
Wake up. We know what safety feels like ,and this isn’t it.

Chicago Residents push back against 75th Street crowds: 'The party follows us home'

Longtime homeowners along Chicago's 75th Street commercial corridor are demanding safety and dynamic neighborhood interventions as disruptive late-night activity spills directly into residential blocks.

Residents report coming home to find dozens of people setting up lawn chairs, temporary grills, and loudspeakers to smoke and drink right on their blocks.

When the crowds finally clear out, neighbors are left dealing with a wake of dangerous litter, including liquor bottles, condoms, and discarded needles.

Displaced crowds have increasingly brought late-night noise, traffic congestion, and fears of gun violence to residential alleys. Block club leaders note they have been asking the city for consistent safety solutions since 2021.

This is my third time out here because every neighborhood matters, and every voice deserves to be heard.

Today I stopped by the Lawndale Pop-Up Spot at 3601 W. Douglas Blvd., where the community came together to enjoy free Jesse White Tumblers and free food. It was great seeing everyone and spending time with the citizens .

The West Side has always been a part of who I am. My father was born and raised on the West Side, and my mother was born and raised on the South Side. Chicago is my home, and every neighborhood matters to me.

As your next Mayor, I will continue showing up, not just during election season, but because I truly care about every community across Chicago.

Please be careful about whose petition you sign. Make sure you are signing for a candidate whose name you truly want to see on the ballot.

Don’t just sign every petition that is put in front of you. Signing petitions for multiple candidates can potentially lead to challenges involving your signature, so make sure you understand what you’re signing and choose wisely.

Brighton Park, I told you I wasn't finished. I hear you, and I will address your concerns, along with the issues facing all of our communities, before the members and elected officials at City Hall.

I spoke with several small business owners along Archer Avenue who shared their concerns about the ongoing construction and bike lanes are hurting their businesses.

Some owners told me the construction has been going on for six months. Others said it has been closer to a year.

Regardless of the timeline, many shared the same concern: business has slowed while their property taxes continue to rise.

Our local small businesses are the backbone of our neighborhoods. If you’re able, stop by Archer Avenue and support the businesses that continue to serve the community despite the challenges.

I will force these aldermen, the Mayor,/ The Democratic Machine to listen to their constituents until I get into office, by shining the light on these issues.

While attending Truth on the Beach on Sunday, I couldn't help but think. Why are taxpayers being charged to park at public beaches and parks that our tax dollars already pay for?

Chicagoans are taxed at every turn. While all these elected officials here continue to receive raises. Instead of finding ways to cut wasteful spending, City Hall keeps finding new and creative ways to take more money from working families. It's as if no amount of taxation is ever enough.

This is exactly why I am running for Mayor. While some elected officials want to abolish ICE, my administration is going to abolish unnecessary, burdensome taxes and fines that Chicagoans shouldn't have to pay when we're already taxed enough.

One of my top priorities during my first 100 days will be launching forensic audits across city government to identify waste, fraud, abuse, and unnecessary spending. We need to find where money is being wasted and reallocate those funds to provide relief to taxpayers.

Chicago doesn't have a revenue problem, it has a spending and stealing problem.

As Mayor, I will work to reduce the burden on homeowners, taxpayers, businesses, seniors, and working families. We should be looking for ways to lower costs, not create new fees and taxes.

There is no reason Chicagoans should feel nickel-and-dimed every time they want to enjoy a public park or public beach that their tax dollars already fund.

I’m hearing directly from the people.

I’m visiting all 50 wards, speaking with citizens and business owners, and listening to their concerns.

As mayor, I will make sure each issue is addressed.
