Police in Lenasia South are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Keseabetswe Excelia Kgantlapane, who was reported #missing.

Kgantlapane was last seen by her sister on Saturday, 19 September 2026, when she left home without informing anyone where she was going. She has not been seen since.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing brown tracksuit pants, black and white sports shoes, a brown pyjama top and a black and white jacket.

Anyone who may have information regarding Kgantlapane’s whereabouts is urged to contact the investigating officer, Constable ED Anthony, on 016 466 2352.

BREAKING: A 10th body of a woman has been found. This time in Soweto.

The police in Gauteng have registered an inquest docket following the discovery of a female body in a dam at Moroka, Soweto.

The unidentified body was found wrapped in a duvet on 20 September 2026 at about 17:00. The victim is estimated to be in her twenties.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this stage.
