Cleaning out my room for the year day one:
1) Almost crying when walking into your room because you missed it so much.
2) Being so excited to pick up my teacher appreciation stuff.

I'm still here because my passion for helping students doesn't go away just because my classroom is closed. Parents and students we are in this together and we will get through this. Anything you need, just let me know! #missmybraves#BravesIDpets#Stillhere#learningtogether
I'm back ๐๐๐๐ @sarabareilles
It's been 6 years since I last saw her in tour (back to back in one weekend) and I already know it's going to be just as amazing ๐ @ The Pavilion at Toyotaโฆ https://t.co/8ySKYGET1W
#iaccidentallydeletedthis ๐ญ #emsozstudy A3: I like to ask kids about what they could do to prevent this problem from happening again. Making kids part of the solution teaches then to be accountable.
A1: This quote highlights the need of a teacher to always be actively monitoring and adjusting our lessons to best suit the ongoing needs of our students. Accountability makes this process something to discuss daily, not just on data days.
A4: One clue I have been putting into action this year is to delight in daily opportunities to make things happen. In addition, I'm always working towards making sure I don't waste energy on things I have no control over.
A2: As a campus, one way we can work towards interdependency is to think of all kids at our school as "our kids" regardless of who their teacher is. Everything we do as teachers is dependent on past teachers and will influence future teachers. We need to work together.
One of my favorite parts about being a teacher is getting to see my students doing things they love outside of the classroom! ๐๐

A4: It can take me a while to get to know people and feel comfortable giving them feedback or trusting them with giving me feedback. Workplace culture plays a huge part in alleviating these fears. #EMSOzStudy
