Bilateral buttock and hip pain for 2 months. Keen horse rider, a new horse saddle was blamed. Multiple bilateral/symmetrical enthesitis at GT, IPT, hamstrings, adductors (superior iliac crest also involved). More like an inflammatory arthritis to my eyes. #mskrad
