@Ohiohshoops and for all the complaints and ‘jabs’ it takes from across the state, the other 5%? Most of it is the OCC (because the conference always adapts and looks ahead. They don’t handcuff themselves to eras bygone.)
Is Amazon’s Thursday Night Football more enjoyable to watch than every other televised game?
Between now and Election Day there is a strong case to be made especially if you hate political ads, which Amazon doesn’t allow.

@rooster_ohio@OHIOStudents Davidson is a weird example for him to use publicly. The other side of 275 is in the district that Landsman upended Chabot in.
Davidson himself has the line extended to fit Troy in by, like, 20 feet?
@BillBender92 Some CYO, then called Diocesan Rec, memories on that field!
I’m presuming St Cat (can never remember if it’s spelled with an ‘a’ or an ‘e’) is still joined with All Saints Academy and Holy Spirit for a combined team?
@Taniel I’ll be interested to see what Baldwin-Wallace’s poll for this year says, too. They hit pretty close on the two November issues last year. Granted, polling ballot items may not be a 1:1 to races.
A very common news story:
Microsoft is getting a 100% property tax abatement on a $420 million investment for 15 years. (It's also eligible for a nice sales tax credit on its hardware investment)
In return, Ohio gets 30 jobs https://t.co/Ds1aHu0vod
@DragonflyJonez There’s an entire generation of men disappointed in CFB25 for one reason… we miss playing with Goldy in the mascot game mode the one titles had!
@OsitaNwanevu he’s wrong ab partisanship. not a realistic target through niceness — ppl care about the ends, not the means, that make material differences.
only realistic target through being nice is trying to reach the age 60+ voters who may regret the cost of digging their heels in on DT
Right off the bat, CBS gets a basic fact wrong. Iran cannot make a nuclear weapon “in one or two weeks.” That is how long it would take to make enrich enough uranium for one bomb. Making an actual weapon would take much longer. Perhaps a year or more, according to US intel.
@rooster_ohio I imagine his general Ohio acumen is pretty poor, which you do need when you’re running for any of the state races.
I can imagine him now trying to court support in Butler County, and in the process ruining it by doing something dumb — like bringing up his St X education.
@plunderbund This reminded me “John hasn’t said anything recently, he has he?” So, I checked, and he has. It just went (largely) unnoticed due to hellacious media times we live in.

It's just amazing to me that:
(A) there is an entire Twitter ecosystem of garbage rando accounts who post ranking jpegs with sports logos, because
(B) there is an infinite number of idiots who are compelled to reply to them like Pavlov's dogs
@rooster_ohio the woman who runs the L/W chapter in Kasichville? she’s said publicly her kids don’t even go to WCS — it’s the Christian school in town.
curious if, to her, it’s “I don’t want my kids with your kids” or “I know well you don’t care about this enough to send them to my school?”
@rooster_ohio I kinda wonder if he has worked the ex-Buckeyes that are coaching football at North on this matter.
Not sure what all he could do, but I’m sure he’s talked about this with them. There’s always a link to a golden calf that lets things move further.
