i realize that sometimes, you may become indecisive, can't move and it may be that the reason is, you need more data. that may be the answer to your indecisiveness, at that time
i also feel, if someone is accustomed to there anxiousness, like it's there "normal", they build a culture on that and those around can pick up on it if uncareful, and feel out of place without operating on that habit/culture
i feel like people at a lower level of anxiousness can see the details of people who are at a higher level of anxiousness. i think anxiousness blinds. less blind you are, more you see
one thing therapy helped me understand is if i ever get a fear in life, i don't run from it, i embrace it, expose myself to it and understand it. the stress it causes goes away
i feel like fear is fear because u fear it. so embrace what you fear, take it in, then it just becomes a thing, which i think is better then fear. i think fear can be dark
i learned, if you do set of 3, 10 reps and your following set is below the initial 10 reps you did, increase rest time.
i see that although less reps with typical rest might manage fatigue or smthn in iso exercises, i would rather try to prioritize volume for signal n strength
