At the CC meet hosted by Benton at Rosecrans, the Dragons delivered a strong performance, with medal wins by Audrey, Tayja, Amaddox, Harry, and Adyn. Notably, Asyn set a new personal record for the season and his career.

Three medals and one career PR finished the regular CC season for the Dragons at Richmond. Harry ran a 19:54 and placed 15th. Maddox and Delanie also medaled. We celebrated the season with dinner at Texas Roadhouse. @MBDragonSports
Saturday, the MB CC team ran at the KCI/West Platte Invitational. Elliott ran a 20:11 career PR. Audrey and Delanie PR'd for the season. It was a great day to be a Dragon. @MBDragonSports

The MB CC runners brought home some hardware from the Excelsior Springs meet today. Audrey, Delanie, Maddox, Elliott, and Harry placed. Elliott ran his all-time best 5K time of 20:43.5 on a challenging course. @MBDragonSports
