Anthony Morris KC then developed why, on Ms Sussex’s case, Mr Buckley’s claimed “induced lactation” is plainly a matter of public interest and public debate.

Mr Buckley has pleaded, in a public vilification proceeding, that he “induced lactation under the supervision and with the knowledge of medical professionals”.

Morris KC submitted that if that claim is true, it raises obvious scientific, medical and public interest questions.

If it is false or misleading, that also matters.
