@united UPDATE: If you spend an hour on the phone with @united customer service after they break your bag, they MIGHT give you a travel credit, which is useless, since I've already made it clear I'd rather walk than fly United again. Just awful.

Never flying @united again - on a severely delayed cross-country flight where we ultimately changed planes due to mechanical issues, they only put Priority bags on our new aircraft and routed my checked bag through Denver, breaking the handle in the process (1/?)
