@AmericanAir between now 10/30, 11/2 & 11/4 I spent over 13 hours on hold/waiting for call back and/or talking to 3 of the nicest ladies. All those on help lines deserve combat pay for the past week alone. I tried to make them laugh at least.

@KodiakCakes @Krusteaz @fairlife My DIL raves about your products (though $$$)! My grandson Q is a picky eater & is just barely in the normal range for weight & height (5%). He won't eat veggies or fruit except the occasional banana.

Being able to get some extra protein, whole grains and calories in him is essential. They have tried all kinds of protein bars, yogurts, quest products, shakes. He just won’t eat them, but this stuff he just eats up no problem.

@Keurig Why is your customer support awful? Emailed twice, got cutoff Live Chat twice and after over half hour waiting on phone the person took my account info and disappeared. Bottom line my 6 month old machine does not work and I am not satisfied!
