PUBLIC STATEMENT

The Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) has learnt with concern of the launch of a “National Data Strategy” by the Ministry of Information, Communication Technology and National Guidance (MoICT&NG).

The Bureau informs the public that the strategy breaches the provisions of the UBOS Act, 1998, Cap. 333, which establishes UBOS as the principal data collecting and disseminating agency responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the National Statistical System.

The public is therefore strongly advised to treat the impugned “National Data Strategy” recently launched by the MoICT&NG with the utmost contempt it deserves.

There is a difference between gentleness, politeness, and self-control, and conformity for the sake of being accepted by the world. The same David you are talking about would fight when it was necessary for the victory of Israel. You need to know who you are addressing and how. It is called discernment.

Some of the people we argue with on here have the devil behind them, and you can't be diplomatic with the devil. You need to know when to say, “If you love Me, feed My sheep,” and when to also say, “Get behind Me, Satan,” even if you are addressing the same Peter.

In those moments when Jesus was not being polite, do you think He was manifesting another spirit that wasn't the Holy Spirit? Or are you trying to say the Holy Spirit paused for a bit from inspiring the Bible when the part of “Foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you?” came up?
