Teachers shouldn't have to cover classes, give up planning time, work 20 extra hours a week, take on extra tasks, etc. just to be considered an effective teacher or all in. Teachers give above and beyond already without it becoming the expectation. It's why so many are burned out

Even our older kids need structured brain breaks. Breaks help to creat better learning environments! Teaching “bell-to-bell” is outdated.
