Hey @hm you left a security tag on my clothes, and now I have to use my lunch break and spend $4+ gas to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine. Called customer service and they acted like they didn’t care. Customers’ time matters too. #CustomerExperience

@NespressoUSA Please tell me why my entire sleeve of Bianco Doppio doesn't have the name on the individual capsules? The capsules are not cheap. At $11.50 for 10 capsules, I need this resolved... BTW your customer service representatives are horrible!

Now that I got a @NespressoUSA Vertuo my coffee tastes like gourmet coffee from a French cafe as opposed to coffee from my Keurig tastes like basic coffee out of a styrofoam cup. 🤷🏾‍♀️
