TIA surprise visits took place at Albright Middle Performing and Visual Arts Academy, Alief Mahanay Elementary School, Alief Mata Intermediate School, and Alief O'Donnell Middle School! One year ago, a fall ended her season. This year, she finished on top.

Alief Taylor High School senior McKale Lee stamped her mark on the State Meet, unleashing an incredible late surge to claim the 6A Girls 800m State Championship with a time of 2:08.69.

Her journey is a true testament to resilience, determination, and the power of perseverance. From setback to state champion, McKale showed what it means to rise stronger and represent Alief with pride.
