@robyndaileyccsd @NGaRESA Q7: Teachers can use dialogue journals with students who are very reserved or struggle with writing. I felt participating in the Journal helped me get to know my student better as a writer; she was more into in writing to me rather than for something academic. #TUESDAYJOURNALS22

@robyndaileyccsd @NGaRESA Q4: I scaffolded her writing by modeling written responses and question prompts. I gave her questions to guide her responses and give her practice restating the question while extending her responses using her own experiences. #TUESDAYJOURNALS22

@robyndaileyccsd @NGaRESA Q3: I noticed the student had good phonology and morphology; her spelling was fit for grade level. She needed assistance with syntax and making sure her sentences made sense. Some of her sentences would be half thoughts, with punctuation coming in the middle. #TUESDAYJOURNALS22

What a fun filled week before Thanksgiving break! A book drive to give all students a book of their own, a book tasting in the Media Center to get out of our comfort zones, Fine Arts Field Day, and a popcorn party for perfect attendance. Fun times for our Huskies! @Hasty_Huskies
