@CapitalOne @CapitalOne I do not feel it is fair to be charged $20 for $36 worth of transactions and it was a one time occurrence. There should be some type of courtesy afforded to customers in situations such as this.

@CapitalOne I recently closed my credit card account with you. I was awaiting a new debit card. So I had 2 @CashApp transactions that I processed using my credit card. To my disbelief I was charged a $10 cash advance fee for each transaction which were only $10 and $26 ($56 paid)

@CapitalOne I called to try to have those cash advance fees waived or at least reduced but the employee informed me there was nothing that could be done. Therefore, I thought it was in my best interest to completely close my account.
