During my planning time I took small groups for outdoor mindfulness! I gave students a string and asked them to find a patch of grass - then they drew what was inside that circle. This led to math conversations, insect exploration, and many discussions about nature 🌼 🐜 🕷️

This free, interactive session will explore building fluency in both reading and mathematics. Participants will gain practical strategies to support their children’s development in reading, writing, and numeracy while also learning about valuable community resources available through Brampton Public Library that can further enhance their child’s learning journey.
