@SouthwestAir You have recently made many significant policy changes that negatively impact your customers & their flying experience. But to eliminate the Unaccompanied Minor procedures is a WILD choice. The UM policy costs you Nothing & is Everything to parents & their kids. Do better.

There was no lanyard w/ his UM Status, no pre boarding & no support in finding his seat. He���s 12 YEARS OLD. When his father notified the gate agent he was an UM she responded w/ “Okay…” & left. Upon notifying a 2nd employee, he was told @SouthwestAir no longer has an UM policy
